I don’t have a design prepared.  Can you help?

Just tell us what you want your sign to say by phone or in an e-mail, and we’ll prepare a number of different layouts for you.  We can add clip-art, photographs, or even your logo.  Send whatever you have (a photo of your old sign, a picture scribbled on a napkin, or nothing at all!) and we’ll work with you until you like what you see.

How will I know what my sign will look like?

We’ll send your proof as a PDF or a regular JPEG in an e-mail message.  That way, you’ll see it on your computer screen in the same color and proportions that will be printed.  See something you don’t like?  Let us know and we’ll change it for you.

I don’t have a computer.  Can I still get a proof of the signs?

Absolutely!  If you have a fax machine, that works just as well.  Don’t have a fax?  Not a problem… we’ll send you the color copy by regular mail.  Whatever works best for you.

How soon will I receive my signs?

We print most signs the same day you place your order, and send them out with the next possible shipment.  Usually, that means the same day.  Our signs are shipped via FedEx Ground from our shop in Florida, so you can expect them to arrive 1 to 3 days after they’re sent, depending on where you live.  FEDEX shipping times

What if I need them faster than that?

Just let us know when you need your signs, and we’ll give you all of the possible options to get them there in time.  We’ll let you know the additional cost for express shipping methods to help you decide the best way to send them.

How much extra is it to print 3 colors instead of just one? 

We’ll print your 2- or 3-color signs on our digital flatbed printer.  This means that if you have 2 or more colors, we can print your signs in FULL COLOR for the same price as a 2-color sign!  Want to add a photo?  Insert a picture of your business or your product?  Go ahead—it won’t cost a penny more!

What is included in the package price?

Our package pricing for Corrugated Plastic signs includes the signs (of course!), the step stakes, and shipping the signs via FedEx Ground.  We also prepare the artwork at no charge and have no other hidden costs, such as set-up or rush fees.  We’ll send you a written estimate with no obligation.

I found a better price somewhere else.  Will you match it?

We encourage you to shop around, and we’ll be surprised if you find lower prices than ours.  Go ahead and send us the written quote from “that other place” and we’ll do our best to match or beat the price.  Sometimes that lower price doesn’t include everything you were expecting.  When shopping around, always get your quotes in writing to avoid any nasty surprises!

I ordered 50 signs from you last month and now I need 10 more.  Why is the price higher this time?

There are certain costs involved in producing your signs that are the same each time you order whether we print 1 sign or 100.  Those costs are averaged over the total number of signs printed, which means that you’ll always get a better deal if you order all of your signs at the same time.

Where are you located?

Our manufacturing facility is located on the Gulf Coast of Florida in Homosassa Springs, about 1 hour north of Tampa.

Tell me more about your satisfaction guarantee.

Our goal is to exceed your expectations, and we hold ourselves to a high standard.  We package your signs to arrive safely, however we realize that there are sometimes factors outside of our control that would cause your signs to arrive in less-than-perfect condition.  If there’s something wrong with your order when it arrives, please contact us to let us know.  We’ll do everything we can to make it right, even if it means re-printing your signs.

12.     What kind of files can I send you?

We can use almost any graphic file you can generate, but we prefer EPS, JPEG, PDF, AI, CDR files. The files that are the most difficult to work with are PUB and SIG files.
